I've never written a review for a real estate agent. Surprisingly, Jodie wasn't even on Yelp, I added her. 

Jodie found a house for us when we weren't even actively looking. We casually told her what we would love in a new house and short comings of our current home. She was spot on. She hears you and understands your needs. She doesn't waste your time showing you everything that hits the market. She doesn't try to increase your budget. 

I was SHOCKED at her integrity and honesty during the entire processes. We were so impressed with her that we used her to sell out old home too. This was a huge deal because we have many friends and relatives who are relatives that we could have worked with and given the commission too. 

She's totally on top of everything. She doesn't miss a beat. She is detailed and thorough but not pushy or bossy. She allows you to make the decision with her guidance and on point advice.  

Unlike other agents, she's not fake and full of sh*t (I'm sure you've met the type I'm talking about). She doesn't play games and is a straight shooter. You never need to worry that she's pulling one on you. 
She is hard working. She answered all our calls texts right away at all hours of day/night. She submitted all paper work on time and made sure we were on time with everything too. 

She is kind and a genuine good person. It was a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying.
